These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services booked through Construction Support System Private Limited (Company No. 14502305, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Construction Support System Private Limited is an independent training and support services provider. We are not the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), CPCS, NPORS, or any government or regulatory body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of these organisations.

2. Our Services

We provide guidance and support relating to CSCS and CPCS card applications, CITB Health, Safety & Environment test bookings, NVQ training coordination, and Health & Safety courses (including SMSTS and SSSTS). Our role is to guide, coordinate and support — the final decision to issue a CSCS card, CPCS card, or test result rests entirely with the relevant independent scheme or awarding body (CSCS, NOCN, NPORS, CITB, or the relevant awarding organisation).

3. No Guarantee Of Outcome

While we support you through the application, test booking and NVQ process to the best of our ability, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass any test, be awarded any qualification, or be issued any card. Outcomes depend on the assessment of the relevant independent body and on your own performance and eligibility.

4. Bookings & Payment

• Course, test and NVQ bookings are confirmed once payment (or agreed payment terms) and any required information have been received.
• Prices for specific services will be confirmed to you directly before you book, as they vary by course, test type and card level.
• Where a booking involves a third-party test centre or awarding body, that party's own booking terms and availability also apply.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a service or submitting an enquiry, including your qualifications, experience and identification details where required by a test centre or awarding body. Providing inaccurate information may delay or invalidate your application.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics and the Construction Support System name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation Of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by independent third parties (including CSCS, CITB, CPCS, NPORS or any awarding body), for delays outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Third-Party Links & Organisations

This website may reference or link to third-party organisations, including CSCS, CITB, CPCS and NPORS. These are independent organisations and we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content, services or decisions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
